		<description>I am a florist and I will tell you how BAD teleflora SUCKS!!! They are a corporation and corporations are interested in only one thing - assests and liabilities. The only thing important to corporations are the bottom line. The only thing important to governments is that the end justify the means. I have a friend who works in a dentist office and you would be horrorfied to learn how they overcharge and screw you. I used to be a paramedic and you would not believe how I have seen doctors, hospitals and police ABUSE and EXTORT people. I was in Russia once and I asked someone what was good and bad about American&#039;s, the good - we are good hearted people, the bad - we are extremely naive. 		<description>Your right teleflora sucks, I got two days training were its usually 4 to 5 days. I was put on the floor to work with another girls help. she kept pressing the keys on my computer before I had a chance to. So in the long run I didn&#039;t learn how to use the computer and their program correctly.  (I owned a florist for eight years.) I took an order from an elderly lady. She wanted a featured arrangement for thanksgiving. When you quote a price at teleflora you have to start out at 80.00 dollars plus you have to try and put add ons to the order like balloons, candy and etc. The lady couldnt afford the 80.00  so I found the same arrangement for 44.95 the flowers still in the same color but cheaper flowers but the arrangement was nice and in the same color as the other. I finished the ticket quoted the price which was larger than 44.95 . she wanted to know why the difference so I told her there was a 13.99 wire service fee which teleflora keeps all of it. She ended up not being able to afford this price. I knew there was a cheaper arrangement of 34.95, which would have been just as good but I was not allowed to tell her. during this whole time my supervisor keep pressing me to asking her if I could write the order. The lady became so frustrated and confused she canceled the order. There was one order placed that the customer ordered 3 arrangements during the ONE call and was charged 13.99 three times. The florists that get these orders are given 80% for filling the order. They are told to fill the order as  similar as possible to whats ordered. Now they have a 100.00 order they only get 80.00 of but they have to put 100.00 of flowers in the order, plus they have to take out of the 80.00 delivery, tax . Plus they charge the florist by the month for membership fees plus they charge a fee for each order filled, and if you have there computer program you pay for that. So, not only do they screw the customer they get the florist too. Now a hint, when you need to order get on the computer google the town or city and get the name of the florist there and call direct and pay with a credit card (which is what you do at teleflora) You&#039;ll talk to the florist direct, tell her or him what you want and please no substitutions. The florist knows what she has in her shop to work with( which teleflora doesnt know). This way you will get $100.00 of flowers instead of 75.00 dollars of flowers. The florist wont have to give teleflora the 20% and you&#039;ll get a nicer arrangement.</description>

At around 2pm, I received an email from Teleflora saying the flowers couldn&#039;t be delivered on that day, and to provide an alternate date (suggested date: Monday, May 12 (the day AFTER Mother&#039;s Day) instead.  It is now nearly 3 p.m. on May 12, and the flowers have yet to even leave the florist shop for delivery, and may not be delivered at all.  And what did Teleflora offer to compensate me for my troubles and disappointment?  20% off of the price.  I will never, ever use Teleflor again, and like M.J., I wish I had seen your site before placing my order.</description>

		<description>I totally agree with you Teleflora sucks!!!  I ordered flowers for my mom and what she got was the cheaper version than what I paid for!!  I think the florist is pocketing the money and sending out cheaper versions! Their customer service sucks!!  I spoke to someone who could not speak english very well!! All she could do was give me back 1/2 of my money!! I too am fighting to get all my money back considering that I ordered 2 dozen roses and my Mom only got three measly roses in the whole arangement!!
