I ordered Mother's Day flowers that were to be delivered on Saturday, May 10. At around 2pm, I received an email from Teleflora saying the flowers couldn't be delivered on that day, and to provide an alternate date (suggested date: Monday, May 12 (the day AFTER Mother's Day) instead. It is now nearly 3 p.m. on May 12, and the flowers have yet to even leave the florist shop for delivery, and may not be delivered at all. And what did Teleflora offer to compensate me for my troubles and disappointment? 20% off of the price. I ordered flowers for my mom and what she got was the cheaper version than what I paid for!! I think the florist is pocketing the money and sending out cheaper versions! Their customer service sucks!! I spoke to someone who could not speak english very well!! All she could do was give me back 1/2 of my money!! I too am fighting to get all my money back considering that I ordered 2 dozen roses and my Mom only got three measly roses in the whole arangement!!
